About Me
Trevor has been at the leading edge of organizational and technological change management and business transformation for most of his professional career. Trevor continuously drives organization effectiveness through personal leadership and technology advances. He has created teams that can adapt to shifts in business priorities and follow principles of accountability and empowerment.
Trevor has created PMO’s for global companies and managed Merger & Acquisition projects, integrating 19 companies’ operating processes onto a standard platform. Trevor has also led multiple business transformation projects, including, the consolidation of multi-site operations into a single location, consolidating technology, processes and teams from four independent technical support centers to one.
Trevor worked as an SAP customer program Manager and as a partner, implementing SAP cloud platforms for companies ranging from an NHL team to a skincare company. ERP projects such as these require extensive organizational management expertise gained over the years to support organizations implement new platforms as smoothly and expeditiously as possible.
Since moving to Nashville, TN Trevor volunteers for PMI Nashville chapter as VP of professional Development and Project Management Leaders Trainer for the Red Cross
